Monica provides strategic support to customers as they look to open source and adopt open hybrid cloud technologies to drive business transformation initiatives. Monica’s focus areas are digital transformation, operational resilience, compliant infrastructure and she is also the Asset & Wealth Management business lead. Monica has a background in wealth & asset management and has worked for prestigious organisations on a global scale – from Nationwide and Barclays to Coutts and Deutsche Bank, and has spent most of her career delivering regulatory and digital transformation initiatives on a global scale at financial services firms. Monica is also the Global Chairwoman for Red Hat’s Women Leadership Community and is the EMEA BankingTech FinTech Futures Woman in IT of the year for 2024.
