Luke Thompson is a Senior Product Manager for the Edge Computing portfolio at Red Hat, focused on delivering platform capabilities that simplify how edge technologies are adopted and used in real-world environments.

Joshua David | Sr. Director, Product Management, Red Hat

Joshua David is Senior Director, Product Management for Red Hat’s Edge business (since March 2025), based in Austin. He owns product strategy, delivery, and marketing for the edge portfolio, including fleet management. Before Red Hat, he spent more than 12 years at VMware in IoT, edge, and hyperconverged product management, including global partner solutions with OEMs, SIs, and ISVs. Earlier, he led cloud architecture and IT engineering at Dell.
