Joe Fernandes is the Vice President and General Manager of the Red Hat AI Business Unit. With over two decades of experience in enterprise software, he has a proven track record of growing Red Hat's OpenShift business into a billion-dollar enterprise. Now, he brings that same leadership and strategic vision to the Red Hat AI portfolio, helping customers address the primary challenges of enterprise AI adoption, including complexity, cost, and control.
Steven Huels is the Vice President of Red Hat's AI Engineering organization, responsible for the development and release of the AI product portfolio. An innovative leader with deep experience in AI platforms, he co-founded the Open Data Hub, the open-source project that serves as the upstream for Red Hat OpenShift AI.
Tushar Katarki is the Senior Director of Product Management for GenAI Foundation Model Platforms at Red Hat, where he leads the development of foundational services that provide a vendor-neutral platform for optimizing inference and connecting data to models. He focuses on serving models efficiently and increasing the accuracy of models via data processing features and techniques like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning.
Jeff DeMoss is the Director of Product Management for Red Hat OpenShift AI, the core platform of Red Hat AI. He leads the development of enterprise features that both scale predictive and generative AI and accelerate the development of Agentic AI. He accomplishes this by delivering key features like guardrails, observability, and model registry, as well as enabling use cases such as GPU as a Service and Model as a Service.
