He is responsible for designing comprehensive, customer-facing training and empowering training facilitators across the region.

David W. Williams | Global AI Services Delivery Leader, Red Hat

David is the Global AI Delivery Leader at Red Hat, where he owns the strategy and frameworks for how Red Hat Services delivers AI outcomes for customers worldwide. He works across engineering, product, and global consulting teams to turn enterprise AI from proof-of-concept into production reality, with a focus on open, repeatable delivery built on OpenShift and Red Hat AI. A hands-on practitioner as much as a strategist, David runs his own AI and infrastructure experiments to keep his guidance grounded in what actually ships. He lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
