When Banco Galicia, one of Argentina’s leading private banks, wanted to become the most responsive bank in its financial market and the fastest to verify corporate clients, they turned to Red Hat. Banco Galicia worked with Red Hat Consulting to build an AI-based intelligent, 100% digital natural language processing (NLP) platform on Red Hat technologies, including Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform and open source AI tools from the Open Data Hub (ODH) project. As a result, the bank cut verification times from days to minutes with 90% accuracy, a 40% reduction in application downtime, and improved agility fourfold. The NLP solution is also an important step forward in the bank's journey to transform its technologies, processes, and culture.
